The company’s business activities include design, import, sale, construction and servicing of complex air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems; import and wholesale of heat pumps and household air conditioners; electric heating appliances and boilers; sanitary ware, faucets and bathroom accessories; consumer goods.

“BGR GROUP” Ltd. is a personal data controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act, registered by the Personal Data Protection Commission (CPDP) with Certificate No. 87643 and entered into the public register of personal data controllers. Personal data received for processing by users of the site are stored on servers located in a Data center in a protected environment. According to the Personal Data Protection Act, the User has the right to access his own personal data that he has entered and that have become known to “BGR GROUP” Ltd., as well as to correct this personal data. Users expressly agree that the personal data provided by them will be processed by “BGR GROUP” Ltd. electronically upon delivery of ordered goods or services and if assistance from a company employee is needed.

I. YOUR ACCOUNT

“BGR GROUP” Ltd. recommends that you keep the username and password you use to log in/use the SITE confidential in order to avoid unauthorized access through your user account. Thus, upon each access/use of the SITE through the account (username and password), it is assumed that you assume responsibility for all actions that will be performed when using this account.

By entering/using the SITE, USERS and CLIENTS agree to take all necessary measures to ensure that the security of the password will not be disclosed to third parties.

Some messages contain links to sites that direct you to another site, even though the URL contains the word “chigo”. If you hover your mouse over the link many times, you can see that the URL is different from the URL used for identification and to connect to sites owned by “BGR GROUP” Ltd.

III. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Any information provided regarding personal data or collected through operations on the SITE will be processed by “BGR GROUP” Ltd., with headquarters in Bulgaria, Sofia, 115 – 117 Vitosha Blvd.

“BGR GROUP” Ltd. guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data provided and transmitted through our computer system.

The data and personal information provided by USERS/CLIENTS is used by “BGR GROUP” Ltd. for order management, for delivery of products and services, for payment processing, for communication with USERS/CLIENTS regarding orders, products, services and promotional offers, recommendations of products and services.

Also, “BGR GROUP” Ltd. uses this data and information to improve the online store and the online trading platform, to avoid or prevent fraud or abuse to the detriment of the SITE, as well as to enable third parties to perform technical support, logistics and other services for the SITE.

Data available on the SITE, such as: updated information about recent orders, personal identification information (including name, email address, password, communication preferences and advertising preferences, Address Book), suggestions (including history of Recently Viewed Products, the experience of interacting with the site before confirming an order, as well as preferences).

USERS/CLIENTS do not have the right to collect or use lists, descriptions and prices of products sold by “BGR Group” Ltd., to make a copy of this SITE or its content.
